Between 06:04 and 06:29 AM CEST this morning, we experienced a network issue that affected platform availability. During this time, clients and customers worldwide may have encountered slow loading times or timeouts when accessing carts or APIs. Order processing was also impacted. The issue was resolved by 06:29 AM CEST, and we are continuing to investigate the root cause to prevent it from recurring.
