Update -
We continue to observe a slow but steady decline in erroneous responses from Cloudflare. This trend aligns with Cloudflare’s ongoing service recovery updates and platform accessibility continues to improve globally.
Over the past 30 minutes, 1.3% of all requests to our platform returned errors - compared to our usual baseline of 0%. While this marks a significant improvement over earlier levels of disruption, it also indicates that some residual impact remains.
Our teams will continue monitoring platform health closely during off-hours. We remain in a heightened state of alert until Cloudflare confirms full resolution and we consistently see baseline traffic patterns fully restored.

Update -
We are now observing promising signs of recovery, with platform access stabilizing across most regions. These improvements align with an update from Cloudflare, who have confirmed that a fix has been implemented on their end and are seeing service recovery as a result.

That said, we remain cautiously optimistic. Earlier today we observed similar signs of improvement that were followed by renewed disruptions. As such, we are continuing to monitor platform health and upstream behavior very closely before declaring full resolution.
We will post a final update once stability has been sustained.

Update -
We continue to experience intermittent access issues to our e-commerce platform due to the ongoing Cloudflare global incident. The situation remains unstable, with periods of normal access followed by renewed disruptions.
This on/off behavior is consistent with the upstream network issue Cloudflare is actively working to resolve.
At this stage, we are closely monitoring the situation but will pause further updates until Cloudflare confirms a permanent fix on their end. We will resume communications or close this incident accordingly once stability is fully restored.
Thank you for your continued understanding and patience.
